The Columbia Plaza Hotel is undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation which will be completed early Spring 2007. Changes are evident with a new facade and roofline on the outside; but you will find top to bottom renovations on the inside from guest rooms to the hotel's high-energy lounge. The name will change to the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites as the renovations are completed.
